HUITE HZS35 Foundation-free Concrete Batching Plant
This HUITE HZS35 foundation-free concrete batching plant is a compact integrated mixing solution. It removes the need for heavy concrete foundation pouring and can be commissioned rapidly on firm, level ground.
Fitted with a reliable twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it produces homogenous concrete with a theoretical rated capacity of 35 m³ per hour. Its batcher adopts an independent weighing structure to ensure accurate aggregate metering.
The complete plant integrates the batching system, mixing unit and control cabin. Cement silos and screw conveyors are supplied as optional accessories. Modular construction enables easy disassembly and relocation, ideal for short-term projects including roadworks and precast component yards.
The control cabin is pre-integrated onto the main steel frame. The intelligent control system supports automatic batching, data logging and production traceability, with user-friendly operation and dependable running performance.
It has a small footprint and low site preparation cost, making it an economical option for temporary, small-volume concrete production.
