Product Overview

HUITE HZS75 stationary concrete batching plant is a modular full-set concrete production equipment with a theoretical output of 75m³/h. The unit consists of the main building, control room, cement silos, aggregate batching and conveying system. All components adopt robust structures and anti-wear materials, enabling stable and continuous concrete production for medium & large construction projects.

It features efficient dust removal, high weighing accuracy and convenient maintenance. The intelligent control system allows operators to manage the whole production process simply and efficiently.

Core Structure Introduction

Main Building

• Ladders, steps and cable trays are hot-dip galvanized for rust resistance, long service life and good appearance.
• Steps adopt hollowed-out design for anti-slip performance. Cable trays are neatly arranged for easy maintenance.
• The built-in pulse dust collector is recessed to save space. It captures dust from aggregates and powder materials to achieve superior dust collection performance.
• The collecting hopper adopts an octagonal structure to ensure smooth discharge and prevent material adhesion. High-strength wear-resistant liners are fitted on temporary storage hoppers and collecting hoppers to extend service life.
• The powder hopper is also octagonal for smooth feeding. The liquid material system includes pipelines for clean water, wastewater and admixtures. A pressure pump is equipped for clean water supply; wastewater is delivered to the mixer via an independent pipeline. The admixture weighing scale is made of stainless steel.

Control Room

• Fully enclosed exterior with fine interior decoration. Ceiling and wooden floor are installed to create a comfortable working environment.
• Plastic-steel windows are adopted. The glass on the mixer side is sound-insulated. The outer door is stainless steel for high durability.
• The control room is fully equipped with air conditioner, exhaust fan and lighting system.
• The electric control system is user-friendly, featuring precise weighing and powerful functions.

Cement Silo

• Cement silo is fitted with high/low level alarm during feeding. The central control box manages the dust removal system. Operators can complete feeding at night without entering the control room.
• International standard steel plates and sections are used to guarantee structural stability and safety.
• Special design for feeding pipe elbow greatly extends its long service life.

Aggregate Batching & Conveying Section

• Coarse & fine two-stage weighing is adopted to ensure high metering precision. An independent air source maintains stable air volume.
• Pull-cord emergency stop switch ensures conveying safety. Scraper cleaner efficiently keeps the belt surface clean.
• Nylon-carcass rubber conveyor belt features impact resistance and long service life. The external motor is directly connected to the drum for easy inspection and maintenance.
• It is equipped with heavy-duty truss and humanized safety components, together with automatic belt tension adjustment device.
