HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant Project Successfully Put into Operation in Jiaozhou, Qingdao
The HZS75 concrete batching plant installed in Jiaozhou, Qingdao has completed installation, commissioning and stable formal operation. Customized for medium-sized infrastructure and commercial concrete production, this plant consists of a robust mixing tower, powder silos, batching & aggregate conveying system and intelligent control cabin. It features a sturdy structure, high-precision metering, convenient maintenance and outstanding environmental performance, fully meeting local medium-volume concrete production requirements and providing solid equipment support for regional construction projects.
For the mixing tower, ladders, stair treads and cable trays adopt hot-dip galvanizing for excellent rust resistance, long service life and neat appearance. The hollowed anti-slip step design prevents slipping, and neatly arranged cable trays simplify daily maintenance. A built-in pulse dust collector is recessed to save space, realizing centralized dust extraction for aggregates and powder materials with remarkable dedusting efficiency. The collecting hopper adopts an octagonal structure for smooth, non-sticky discharging. High-strength wear-resistant liners are fitted on temporary storage hoppers and collecting hoppers to extend service life. The powder hopper also adopts an octagonal design for smooth material discharge.
Liquid pipelines are separated for clean water, sewage and admixtures. The clean water system is equipped with a booster pump; sewage flows into the main mixer via an independent pipeline, and the admixture weighing scale is made of stainless steel.
The control cabin is fully enclosed on site with refined interior decoration, ceiling and wood flooring for a neat, comfortable working environment. Windows use UPVC profiles; the glass facing the mixer is soundproof, and the outer door is stainless steel for high durability. Air conditioner, exhaust fan and lighting are fully equipped. The electric control system delivers simple operation, precise weighing and powerful functions.
The cement silo section is fitted with level alarms during feeding. Its dust removal system is controlled by a centralized control box, so operators do not need to enter the control room for feeding operations at night. International-standard steel plates and profiles are adopted to guarantee the safety and stability of cement silos. Specially designed elbows for feeding pipes greatly extend service life.
The batching and aggregate conveying system adopts coarse & fine metering to guarantee high weighing accuracy, with an independent air source for stable air supply. Pull-cord emergency stop switches secure conveyor operation, and scraper cleaners are efficient and practical. Nylon belts feature impact resistance and long service life. The externally mounted motor is directly coupled to the drum for easy maintenance and overhaul. It adopts a rigid truss structure, humanized safety assemblies and self-adjusting belt tensioning devices.
The control system of the HZS75 concrete batching plant uses self-developed control software. Fully optimized for concrete production processes, it adapts to various on-site working conditions with comprehensive functions. The formula storage capacity can be freely set; multiple formulas support one-click switching and online modification of formula parameters. Two-speed feeding and automatic drop compensation ensure accurate metering for every batch. Intelligent parameter detection monitors moisture content, gate opening/closing time and other indicators to avoid misoperation caused by incorrect manual input. The system carries out intelligent monitoring of key production parameters to prevent operational errors. Designed with a dual-control structure (automatic / manual modes), it supports optional operation modes as required. It is equipped with complete functions for data query and report printing.
